Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and using ReelCast Studios services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Studio Booking and Cancellation

• Booking: All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email and are subject to availability.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made 24+ hours before your session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once.
• Late Arrival: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened session time without refund.
• No-Show: Failure to attend without notice results in forfeiture of payment.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is required at time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
• Prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and subject to change with notice.
• Additional services requested during sessions will be billed separately.

4. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain all rights to your performances and audition materials.
• Studio Rights: We retain the right to use anonymized session footage for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.
• Licensing: By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, edit, and deliver your materials.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Arrive prepared with scripts and wardrobe
• Respect studio equipment and staff
• Comply with studio rules and safety guidelines
• Not record or photograph studio equipment or proprietary processes

6. Studio Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Provide professional-grade equipment and facilities
• Deliver files within agreed timeframes
• Maintain confidentiality of your audition materials
• Provide technical support during sessions

7. Limitation of Liability

ReelCast Studios is not liable for:

• Casting decisions made by third parties
• Technical issues beyond our control (internet outages, equipment failure)
• Loss of personal items left in the studio
• Indirect or consequential damages

8. File Delivery and Storage

• Files are delivered via secure download link or cloud storage.
• Files are stored for 90 days; extended storage available for additional fee.
• You are responsible for backing up delivered files.

9. Conduct Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate sessions for:

• Disrespectful or abusive behavior toward staff
• Violation of studio rules
• Illegal activities
• Damage to equipment

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Cebu City courts under Philippine law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
